1. About these Terms
These Terms govern use of the website, customer accounts, online ordering, Veterinary Support, Smart AI assistance and other digital services provided by ANF International & ANF Agro BD (“ANF”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable Bangladesh consumer law.
2. Accounts and identity
You must provide accurate information and keep login credentials confidential. Customer identities are separate from ANF staff, administrator and DVM professional identities. Impersonation, credential sharing, unauthorized access and misuse are prohibited.
3. Products, prices and orders
Product descriptions, pack size, price, availability, delivery charge and applicable conditions are shown at or before checkout. An order is subject to acceptance, stock availability, payment/COD validation and lawful delivery. We may correct obvious pricing or catalog errors before dispatch and will provide an appropriate refund/cancellation option where required.
4. Payment, delivery, cancellation and returns
Payment, delivery, cancellation, return and refund rules are governed by the applicable checkout information and our Shipping & Delivery and Returns, Refunds & Cancellation policies. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Veterinary Support and Smart AI
ANF Smart AI may organize customer-provided animal-health information and support routing. It does not replace a treating veterinarian and does not independently diagnose disease, prescribe medicine, select dosage, route, frequency, duration or withdrawal period, or modify a finalized DVM prescription. Clinical decisions remain with an authorized DVM. In an emergency or severe condition, obtain prompt in-person veterinary assistance rather than relying only on online support.
6. Customer content and media
If you submit text, photos, videos or documents, you confirm that you have the right to submit them and that they are relevant and lawful. Veterinary media and records are handled as private support records and must not be used to infringe another person’s privacy or rights.
7. Intellectual property
ANF branding, original website content, software configuration, product materials and other protected content may not be copied, republished, scraped or commercially exploited without permission, except as permitted by law.
8. Prohibited use
You must not attack the website, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, create fraudulent accounts, submit false professional credentials, misuse prescriptions, manipulate rewards/referrals or use the service for unlawful activity.
9. Third-party services
The website may use payment, courier, hosting, analytics, messaging, email, AI and other service providers. Their own terms may also apply where relevant.
10. Disclaimer and limitation
We use reasonable care to keep digital services available and accurate, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Applicable mandatory consumer, digital commerce, data protection, cyber security and professional veterinary requirements continue to apply. Where international privacy or consumer rules apply to a particular user or transaction, ANF will seek to honor applicable mandatory requirements.
