Order processing
Estimated processing and delivery times depend on stock, location, courier coverage, holidays, weather and other operational factors. Any delivery estimate is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed.
Address and contact
Customers are responsible for providing a deliverable address and reachable phone number. Additional charges may apply for remote or special delivery areas if disclosed before confirmation.
Delivery verification
ANF or its courier may contact the customer to verify delivery. Risk and responsibility transfer as provided by applicable law and the agreed delivery method.
Delay or failure
If delivery cannot reasonably be completed, ANF will provide an appropriate re-delivery, cancellation or refund solution subject to the circumstances and applicable consumer law.
