Cancellation
Cancellation is normally easiest before dispatch. After dispatch, courier/return conditions may apply.
Damaged, incorrect or materially defective goods
Contact ANF promptly with order information and reasonable evidence. ANF will assess replacement, return or refund according to product condition, applicable law and hygiene/safety restrictions.
Opened or sensitive products
Some opened, used, expired-by-misuse, tampered or safety-sensitive products may not be eligible for discretionary return unless defective, incorrect or otherwise required by law.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are returned using an appropriate available method. Processing time may depend on banks/payment providers. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
