Effective: 10 September 2026. These terms/policies should be reviewed periodically and after material legal or business changes.
1. Professional eligibility
A DVM applicant must provide truthful, current professional information and valid verification documents. ANF may verify BVC registration and qualifications before enabling clinical access and may suspend access if credentials expire, become inaccurate or require review.
2. Confidentiality and access
DVM professionals may access only records they are authorized to review. Customer/farm information, private media and prescription records must be treated confidentially and not exported or disclosed without lawful authority or a legitimate clinical/operational need.
3. Clinical responsibility
The DVM is responsible for doctor-authored assessment, diagnosis, medicine selection, dosage, route, frequency, duration, withdrawal instructions and prescription finalization. AI assistance cannot substitute for professional judgment.
4. Record quality
DVMs must maintain accurate professional records, distinguish draft from finalized advice and use the system’s review, information-request, prescription and follow-up workflow responsibly.
5. Professional conduct
DVMs must comply with applicable Bangladesh veterinary professional requirements, maintain valid registration where required, avoid impersonation or credential sharing and disclose material conflicts where relevant.
6. Remuneration
Any consultation, follow-up, retainer, bonus or adjustment payable by ANF is an internal professional compensation arrangement set by authorized ANF administration. It is separate from customer identity, customer rewards and customer-facing pricing unless expressly disclosed otherwise.
7. Suspension/termination
ANF may restrict professional access for credential concerns, security incidents, confidentiality breaches, misuse, material policy violations or lawful operational reasons, subject to applicable agreement and law.
8. Data and documents
Professional photo, BVC certificate, degree/provisional certificate and signature specimen may be securely retained for credential verification, account administration, audit and lawful recordkeeping in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
